1. Who We Are
Milardović dental d.o.o., sa sjedištem na adresi Obala kneza Trpimira 9a, 23000 Zadar, djeluje kao voditelj obrade osobnih podataka. Tvrtka određuje svrhu i načine obrade, te osigurava odgovarajuće mjere zaštite. Za podatke pacijenata, Milardović dental d.o.o. također nastupa kao zajednički voditelj obrade s povezanim dentalnim laboratorijima unutar grupacije.
2. What Data We Process, How and For How Long
Free Specialist Examination Requests
- We collect basic identification data: name, surname, email, and phone number.
- Optionally, you may provide a dental scan or orthopantomogram.
- If the appointment is cancelled, all collected data is permanently deleted.
During Dental Services
- We collect medical data related to dental health, chronic conditions, allergies, and anesthesia reactions.
- Photos of the dental condition are stored in the patient's file.
- Data is stored for at least 10 years after treatment, in accordance with legal regulations.
Professional Secrecy and Data Access
- All team members are obliged to maintain confidentiality about patient health data.
- Access to data is allowed only to competent authorities and chambers with legal grounds.
Billing and Financial Operations
- We retain data necessary for invoicing: name, surname, personal ID (OIB), address, and provided service.
- Data is stored according to accounting and tax regulations.
Video Surveillance
- Conducted for the safety of persons and property, within clearly marked areas.
- Footage is retained for up to 6 months, depending on technical capacities.
Employment and Candidate Selection
- We collect relevant employment data through CVs.
- Non-selected candidate data is deleted or kept with consent for future opportunities.
Right to Complaint
- We collect data necessary to file a complaint, kept for up to 12 months under consumer protection laws.
Newsletters
- We use the email address for notifications based on consent or legitimate interest.
- Data is deleted after consent is withdrawn or upon complaint.
Website Use
- When contacting via form, we collect name, surname, email, and optionally phone number.
- Data is kept during communication and then deleted.
- Minors under 16 may use the contact form only with parental consent.
