What is PRF?

PRF is an innovative treatment that uses your body’s own resources to stimulate skin regeneration and help reduce the signs of aging. This treatment uses rich growth factors and proteins from your own blood to stimulate skin cell renewal, improve skin texture, and reduce wrinkles.

Benefits of PRF treatment:

Natural look: Because PRF uses your own resources, the results are natural and adjusted to your face.

Minimal recovery time: The treatment is non-invasive, with minimal side effects and almost zero recovery time.

Improves skin texture: PRF stimulates skin cell renewal, improves skin tone and texture, and reduces pores. Gradual improvement is visible over time, and the results are long-term.

How does PRF treatment work?

Blood collection: The procedure begins with a small amount of your blood being collected, similar to a standard lab test.

Centrifugation: Your blood is placed in a centrifuge to separate the various components. PRF is then prepared from the middle layer, which contains a high concentration of growth factors and other beneficial substances.

Skin application: PRF is applied to your face through microneedling or injections, depending on your individual needs and treatment goals. This natural serum stimulates collagen renewal, increases skin elasticity, and reduces wrinkles.

Forms of PRF

I-PRF is a liquid form of enriched plasma that we use in our dental center for non-invasive non-surgical rejuvenation of the face, neck and décolleté, and for gum regeneration in periodontal changes (treatment of periodontitis).

The facial rejuvenation treatment itself is simple, painless and fast (15 min). The obtained i-PRF is applied by microneedling or injected into the desired area of the face with a needle according to the desired depth of tissue regeneration. This technique stimulates the production and secretion of collagen and elastin, which increases the consistency and tension of the skin. It is used for anti-aging treatments, reduction of hyperpigmentation, scars and uneven skin. It is essential to mention PRF's excellent success in treating gingival recession in periodontitis, where it stimulates the renewal of epithelial attachment and attached gingiva.

After just one treatment, an improvement of up to 30% is visible, and for the best results, the procedure is repeated 2-4 times at intervals of one month. After that, it is recommended to do 1 treatment per year for maintenance. An additional advantage of this procedure is that it can be combined with treatment with hyaluronic fillers, and the necessity of this is determined during the examination, of course, in accordance with the wishes of the patient.

A-PRF is a fibrin clot rich in platelets that is used in oral surgery, implantology and periodontology, and enables faster and more painless healing of wounds and filling of bone defects.

ADVANTAGES of the PRF method over other methods that use the effect of blood plasma: 100% biocompatibility, which means that there is no possibility of unwanted side effects, because the patient's own plasma is used without additives.

Who is PRF treatment intended for?

PRF treatment is perfect for those who want a natural and gradual approach to facial rejuvenation. It is suitable for different skin types and can be customized to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
